Our Story

We entered the real estate world not to sell—but to educate. As educators and content creators, we began by guiding people on YouTube and social media through the do’s and don’ts of real estate. As our audience grew, so did the trust. That trust turned into investor support—and Assetgain Projects was born.

Every project we’ve taken up since then has been a reflection of that trust. Whether it was selling a 30-acre community farming project in just 7 days or studio apartments in a week—our growth has been organic, transparent, and deeply rooted in our commitment to delivering what we promise.

Meet the Founders

Saurabh Chharia - Co Founder

Saurabh began his journey as an IT professional at TCS. Passionate about communication, he later became one of India's leading public speaking trainers. While guiding professionals, he found his next calling—educating people about real estate. Through his YouTube channel Riskless Real Estate, he demystified the property market for thousands. His audience's trust pushed him into consulting and eventually into launching his own legally sound, transparent real estate projects under Assetgain Projects. "I never wanted to sell land—I wanted to make people confident about investing in it."

Vikram Chukka - Co Founder

Vikram brings a rare blend of academic depth and practical expertise. With an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Hyderabad and an M.Phil. from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, he is not just a real estate developer—but a researcher, planner, and teacher. He teaches sociology and general studies at La Excellence IAS Academy and has played a key role in executing real estate projects worth over ₹100 crore across three South Indian states. His expertise spans project feasibility, legal diligence, market analysis, and real estate finance. "Informed investing isn't luck—it's sociology, structure, and strategy."
